yes. we welcome applicants from across the world. we’ve had builders fly in from other countries to build here.

some people are heads down building all day, others jam in the coworking room or shoot content outside. there are late-night edits, rooftop stargazing, garden walks, and spontaneous events. it's structured, but free-flowing.
